Gala dinners & events
The host shouldn't have to run a production at their own event.
At a gala, the host is the one standing in the light. Whatever goes well or badly that evening is put down to them personally, no matter who ran the production behind the scenes. So we plan gala dinners, award nights and corporate celebrations in a way that lets you look after your guests while someone else watches the clock.
Our planning starts at the reception. How guests arrive and how they find their table shapes their impression of the whole evening; only then come light, sound, kitchen, speeches, entertainment and the routes in between. The finished evening should show little of this effort: it keeps a calm rhythm and leaves everyone in the room free to focus on the occasion.
How we work
Every gala we produce has one project lead responsible for the entire evening, from the venue through F&B, light and sound to the entertainment. Before the event, they walk the hosts and service staff through the running order line by line, until every move is tied to an entry. The menus are built on regionally sourced produce, and service is plastic-free. And should the weather or the technology refuse to cooperate, fallback plans are ready.
Where this happens
-
Balearic Islands
Mallorca
Mallorca offers the widest choice of venues: fincas, beach clubs, palaus and private estates. For galas tied to a hotel, we draw on our Marriott partnership.
-
Balearic Islands
Menorca
On Menorca we set tables in lighthouses, coastal fortresses and agroturismo fincas: galas on a small, personal scale that take on the island's unhurried rhythm.
-
Balearic Islands
Ibiza
On Ibiza we work with venues on the cliffs and terraces above the sea. The island stands for evenings with a clear design signature, fusion catering included.
-
Malta
On Malta, the architecture does part of the staging: a baroque palazzo or a fortress above the harbour needs no stage technology to make its point.

Balearic Islands
Formentera
On Formentera we produce beach galas for small groups. Everything reaches the island by boat and the weather cover takes more planning; in return, your guests spend the evening right on the sand.
