Conferences & meetings
The right room does part of a conference's work for it.
Anyone organising a conference is told early on to find a special venue. On its own, though, the venue rarely makes a meeting better. It gets better when a few unspectacular things are right: rooms built for focused mornings, short walks between plenary and breakouts, good acoustics, technology you can rely on, and enough air between the items on the agenda.
The setting can be a well-equipped hotel, a palau, a finca or a temporary build by the sea. Which option serves the brief best becomes clear from the working programme; in the end, what counts is whether the group is still making progress on the second afternoon.
How we work
As a MICE agency we take on the organisation in full: venue search, hotel allotments, event technology, simultaneous interpreters, speakers from our own network and the logistics on the ground, all in-house. The project is run by one project lead who knows every line of the running order. Catering is plastic-free and locally sourced, and where the contract calls for a licensed PCO, a Professional Congress Organizer, we bring the licence.
Where this happens
-
Balearic Islands
Mallorca
Mallorca has the largest congress infrastructure of our five destinations and carries events of 1,000 delegates and more. For formats that need no big hall, there are fincas and palaus.
-
Balearic Islands
Menorca
Menorca is a biosphere reserve and noticeably quieter than its neighbours. We propose the island when a small group needs to work undisturbed.
-
Balearic Islands
Ibiza
Ibiza offers beach venues, design-led production and a strong creative scene; the crews work in English, and we bring PCO experience here as well.
-
Malta
On Malta, groups meet in historic palazzi or right on the harbour, and the working language is English. For internationally mixed audiences that is a tangible advantage.
-
Balearic Islands
Formentera
Formentera has no conference infrastructure. We bring the island in when an offsite day for the senior track fits the programme.
