Product launches

By the time the cover falls, our work is long done.

At a product launch, months of work condense into a single moment: the wraps come off, and every camera points the same way. Whether that moment holds is decided long before — at the arrival already, and at the latest by the question of whether press, dealers, influencers and internal guests each get the running order that fits their role.

We therefore plan a product launch event as a controlled sequence, from the first transfer to the last interview slot. Every audience has its own route to the product, and the brand stays present without crushing the venue. Confidentiality, embargoes and access control sit in our run sheet like any other trade.

How we work

One project lead is responsible for the entire launch, from creative through technology and logistics to guest handling on the day. AV and staging come from our own stock; light, content surfaces, transfers, host teams and backstage access are planned as one, so that nothing happens in front of the stage that has not been prepared behind it. Press, influencer and dealer programmes run separately where needed, and each of those groups gets its information at the moment the dramaturgy calls for.

Frequently asked questions

What does a product launch with LXP include?
We take on the complete production: your project lead is responsible for creative, technology, logistics and guest handling; AV and staging come from our own stock. Brand integration is designed to work without turning into a billboard, and confidentiality protocols on the venue, staff and supplier side are standard.
How does the product stay secret until the reveal?
Every supplier who touches the brief signs a non-disclosure agreement, and venue staff are briefed on a need-to-know basis. Vehicle and helicopter access is timed so it cannot be observed from publicly visible points. We have delivered launches where the venue manager learned the brand only 48 hours ahead; it works, but it costs flexibility on the F&B side.
How is press handled at a product presentation?
Press gets its own track: separate arrival, its own briefing window and, under embargo, access to the product before the public reveal. After the reveal come interview slots with the executives; this track does not cross the programme of the other guests.
Which destination suits a product launch event?
That depends on brand, audience and format. Scale and a big entrance argue for Mallorca, maximum discretion for Menorca or, for the smallest circle, Formentera; a design-minded setting is found on Ibiza, and image production works particularly well on Malta. What fits your plan, we narrow down together in the brief.
How much lead time does a product launch need?
With 16 weeks we work comfortably, and 10 weeks is enough if the venue is already on our shortlist and no helicopter permits are required. Under 8 weeks, the calendar dictates which destinations are still an option.
