Corporate retreats
A retreat succeeds when even the hours without an agenda item are planned.
A corporate retreat is not a meeting that happens to have a pool next to it. It needs concentrated work and, just as much, distance from the day-to-day. Many programmes are timed so tightly that nothing is left for exactly that: for the pauses in which a topic settles, and for the conversations that appear in no schedule.
We plan retreats so that decisions become possible. The most important item may be a walk between two sessions or a dinner without an agenda; such moments look casual, yet they are prepared. And because a retreat lives on its in-between spaces, when in doubt we would rather cut an agenda item and lengthen a pause.
How we work
First we clarify the working agenda and what lies beneath it: relationships in the team, unresolved tensions, upcoming transitions and decisions. Then we find the place and build the rhythm out of a few clear working sessions, shared meals and time outdoors, held together by good facilitation. Hiking, time by the sea, bodywork or cooking together only enter the programme if they serve the goal.

Balearic Islands
Mallorca
Mallorca turns quiet as soon as you leave Palma behind. For retreats we work with villas in the Tramuntana and with hidden coves.
-
Balearic Islands
Menorca
Menorca is a biosphere reserve and the most secluded of our five destinations. If a team needs to truly disconnect, the island is our recommendation.
-
Balearic Islands
Ibiza
Ibiza brings a practised yoga and bodywork infrastructure, plus fincas with sea views and suppliers who know retreats from experience. If wellness is in the brief, this is the right island.
-
Malta
On Malta, retreat means Gozo to us: the neighbouring island is smaller and slower than the main one, and a working day stays undisturbed for longer there.

Formentera
Formentera has even fewer distractions than Ibiza and works as an addition when the leadership circle of a larger team retreat withdraws for part of the programme.
