Martha Najderek

Martha is one of LifeXperiences’ most experienced and highly valued Senior Project Managers. She is responsible for a wide range of corporate events and incentive programmes in Mallorca, combining exceptional organisational skills with creativity and attention to detail.

She manages each project from beginning to end — from the first client contact and concept development through planning and on-site delivery to the final farewell and post-event debrief. Her holistic approach and extensive experience ensure that every element is carefully coordinated and each programme reflects the client’s individual objectives and vision.

Martha’s passion lies in designing distinctive events and experiences that leave a lasting impression. Her warm and cheerful personality, proactive mindset and collaborative approach make working with her both enjoyable and reassuring while helping to ensure a seamless event experience for clients and participants alike.

Martha grew up in Freiburg, Germany, and is fluent in German, English, Spanish and Polish.
