Aïda Guerrero

Aïda is our Senior Project Manager for MICE and corporate events in Ibiza and Formentera. With her extensive insider knowledge of both islands, she creates distinctive and memorable incentive programmes that showcase their natural beauty, individual character and authentic Mediterranean spirit.

Born in Spain and based in Ibiza, Aïda combines her academic background in tourism with many years of professional experience in event management, hospitality and sales. Her positive attitude, proactive approach and strong sense of ownership enable her to manage every project with confidence and care, ensuring that each programme runs smoothly and every visit to Ibiza or Formentera leaves a lasting impression.

Aïda also looks after clients who choose mainland Spain for their corporate events. Whether a project takes her to Barcelona or another destination on the peninsula, she plans and delivers each programme according to LifeXperiences’ high standards of quality, creativity and service.
