Kristina Kemmerling

Kristina leads and coordinates our entire MICE team. Thanks to her many years’ experience as a senior event manager for incentive trips and corporate events at LifeXperiences, and her calm and warm-hearted nature, she is the ideal point of contact for our event managers and ensures that all projects are carried out professionally and smoothly.

She knows the venues, partners and local conditions in the Balearic Islands down to the last detail. Thanks to her meticulous, organised and level-headed approach, she always maintains a clear overview of all planned and ongoing events.

Kristina leads her team with foresight, clarity and a strong commitment to quality. Where required, she continues to manage her own clients and projects in her role as Senior Event Manager – from initial planning right through to successful on-site delivery.

Kristina is originally from Cologne. She speaks German, English and Spanish, as well as fluent Mallorquin. This not only enables her to overcome language barriers, but also opens many doors to the authentic heart of the island.
