Alena is the highly valued Head of our Luxury Travel department, specialising in tailor-made private travel across the Balearic Islands.

With her proactive mindset, innovative approach and deep understanding of clients’ needs, Alena transforms complex requests into seamless and memorable journeys. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service ensure that every element is carefully coordinated and personally tailored.

Originally from Russia, Alena moved to the sun-soaked island of Mallorca in 2015. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and brings a diverse professional background in international sporting events, real estate and executive assistance to her role.

This broad experience enables her to manage complex projects with confidence, precision and creativity while maintaining a clear focus on every aspect of the client experience.

Alena is fluent in English and Russian and also speaks Spanish.
