Paella Cooking Class

Surrounded by the traditional Spanish flair of a finca or an authentic cooking school in the old town, participants of the Paella cooking class will learn everything about the preparation of a traditional Ibicencan Paella. Accompanied by a chef, guests will carefully select fresh ingredients during a visit to the market and transform them during the Paella cooking class. Guests will learn tips and tricks about the spices used, before enjoying the homemade Paella with a gorgeous glass of red wine.
