After a successful event in Mallorca last year, LifeXperiences delivered the next chapter for a repeat client — this time with our first major corporate event in Malta.
Malta Corporate Event — officially wrapped!
We are proud to have delivered our first major 5-day corporate event in Malta for a group of 100 guests — a true milestone and the official kick-off for LifeXperiences as a DMC in this exciting Mediterranean destination.
What made this project even more special: it was created for a repeat client who had already trusted us with a successful corporate event in Mallorca last year. Being able to continue this journey together and introduce the group to a new destination under the LifeXperiences umbrella was a meaningful step for our team and a strong confirmation of the long-term partnerships we build with our clients.
With months of careful planning and meticulous organisation, our team was on the ground in Malta to manage every detail first-hand — from arrivals, transfers and logistics to venue coordination, restaurants, activities, guest handling and the final gala evening. Five days of seamless execution brought together everything Malta has to offer as a powerful and versatile MICE destination.
The programme included a carefully curated selection of venues, restaurants, lunch spots and dinner settings, each chosen to reflect Malta’s unique character. From historic surroundings and Mediterranean views to authentic local experiences, the island impressed both our client and our team.
Guests were able to discover Malta and Gozo through a wide range of activities, including boat experiences, cultural tours and interactive local formats. Highlights included a traditional sailing boat excursion starting from Valletta, offering unforgettable views of the Grand Harbour and Malta’s historic coastline, as well as a tour of the south of Malta with the spectacular sea caves of the Blue Grotto, a journey into Malta’s ancient past with a visit to the remarkable Ħaġar Qim Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage prehistoric site dating back more than 5,000 years, and a stop in the picturesque fishing village of Marsaxlokk.
Other experiences showcased the diversity of the islands: a visit to a local wine estate with tastings, a powerboat tour to Gozo, an adventurous buggy safari, and a visit to the historic Xwejni Salt Pans, where guests learned about the traditional sea salt harvesting process directly from the owner. The programme also brought guests to the ancient walled city of Mdina, known as the “Silent City”, with its narrow medieval streets, noble palaces and breathtaking views across the island. The visit included entrance to St Paul’s Cathedral, one of Malta’s most important religious landmarks, before continuing to neighbouring Rabat, rich in heritage and traditional Maltese character.
A particularly authentic highlight was a traditional Maltese Ftira workshop — a fun and interactive cooking class where guests learned how to prepare this beloved local bread speciality.
From cultural heritage and culinary moments to sea adventures and incentive activities, the event clearly demonstrated why Malta is such a strong destination for corporate events, meetings and incentives.
For LifeXperiences, this event marks an important milestone: the successful launch of our first major Malta event with a trusted repeat client, supported by our experienced team on the ground and our proven full-service approach.
