Julie Meier Mattern

Julie is a highly valued Key Account Manager within our MICE team. In this key role, she looks after our most important clients and creates complete, tailor-made incentive travel and MICE programmes.

Whether working with repeat clients seeking new destinations and adventures each year or developing concepts for new clients, Julie plans and delivers events to the highest standards. She brings the creativity and personal touch needed to make every incentive programme exceptional — whether it takes place in Mallorca, Malta, South Africa or further afield. Julie follows each project wherever it takes her while continuously discovering new destinations and experiences for our portfolio.

She is also the lead Project Manager for Malta and has successfully delivered a variety of events there. Her programmes combine corporate elements and meetings with engaging cultural, social and team-building experiences, allowing groups to discover the beauty and distinctive character of the island nation.

Julie’s open-minded personality, creativity and enthusiasm enable her to bring even the most diverse client briefs to life and create experiences that leave a lasting impression.

With Dutch roots, Julie was born in Belgium and raised in Mallorca. After graduating from school in Palma, she continued her education in Barcelona and Berlin, where she earned a degree in Business. She later discovered her passion for organising group travel while working in the South African wilderness.

Julie brings a strong understanding of diversity and global perspectives to the team. Her multicultural background also makes her a valuable communicator: she is bilingual in Dutch and English and also speaks Spanish and German.
